* Playtime for this event is accumulated only in [Normal / Ranked / Cobalt Protocol / Lone Wolf] modes.
Playtime in [Tutorial], [Training], and [Custom Game] modes is not counted toward the event total.
* You can only accumulate raffle tickets during the event period on our event website.
* Log in daily to collect raffle tickets. Log in resets every day at 20:00 (UTC).
* Raffle Tickets used to enter prize drawings cannot be refunded, canceled, or restored, regardless of whether you win.
* After the event has ended, unused tickets will disappear and you will not be able to exchange them for other items.
* Event Rewards will only be available during the event period from Thursday, June 25th after maintenance to Thursday, July 23rd (UTC) before maintenance.
You must log into the game and event website during this period to be able to claim your rewards. After, you will not be able to claim them, no matter the circumstances.
* Event rewards can be obtained through the event website. In-game rewards will be sent directrly to your in-game mailbox.
* In-game rewards claimed through the event webpage will be sent to your in-game mailbox.
Please make sure to claim them before the storage period (e.g. 7 days) expires, as expired mail will be deleted.
* Event rewards are sent to your mailbox and you have 7 days to claim them. After this period, unclaimed rewards expire and cannot be resent.
* The draw of merch winners will be conducted fairly through internal discussions.
* You may enter multiple prize drawings; however, each participant may win only one physical prize, even if they enter multiple physical prize categories.
* The images are just for reference. The actual product may differ slightly from the image shown.
* To announce the winners, your in-game nickname may be publicly posted on the event page (with some characters masked for privacy)
* Prize winners will be notified through an announcement on our official website within two months after the event concludes.
* For prizes over ₩50,000, winners are responsible for the 22% tax. You may need to submit a copy of your ID to claim the prize; otherwise, your win will be forfeited.
* If a prize winner is a minor, additional consent from a legal guardian may be required for tax processing and prize fulfillment.
* Delivery times will vary based on the destination country and region. Additionally, we can only ship prizes to locations where international shipping is available,
and we are not responsible for delivery cancellations due to circumstances specific to each country.
* Customs or taxes may apply depending on the regulations of your country, and any such fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
* Personal information collected through this event will not be used for purposes other than delivering prizes.
* Personal information collected for delivering prizes will be retained for up to 90 days after the event ends and then immediately deleted.
* Submit a ticket through our Customer Support center to edit your personal information after the end of the event.
* We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided.
* If you violate any of the operation policies, your account may be restricted or banned.
If winners of the event are found to be in violation of the event policies, their rewards will be revoked, and the draw will be conducted anew.
