Eternal Return 1st Fiesta Event Personal Information Collection Agreement

NimbleNeuron Corp. ("Company") collects personal information as defined below, and manages according to company's personal information policy here.

NimbleNeuron Corp.("Company") will collect your personal information as defined below with the purpose of delivering Eternal Return Rewards.

1. Collected Personal Information 

Player's Full Name, Game ID, Email Address, Shipping Address, Phone Number

2. Purpose for Collection of Personal Information

Eternal Return Event Rewards Issuing & Shipping

3. Commission of Collected Personal Information

In order to issue and ship rewards, personal information is entrusted to a third party company. The provided information will be safely managed in accordance with all laws and regulations. The companies and purposes for handling personal information are as follows.

- Commission Company: D-FLAME
- Commission Information: E-mail
- Period of Personal Information Retention: 90 days

We will inform you through a written notice when adding or changing the commission company.

4. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected for prize delivery is kept for 90 days to ensure a smooth event, then deleted.

The collected information is immediately deleted when the purpose of collection and use is achieved or upon your request to withdraw consent. However, if it is necessary for the company to keep the information in accordance with laws and regulations, the company will keep said information for the period set by the aforementioned laws and regulations.
