3. Commission of Collected Personal Information

In order to issue and ship rewards, personal information is entrusted to a third party company. The provided information will be safely managed in accordance with all laws and regulations. The companies and purposes for handling personal information are as follows.

- Commission Company: D-FLAME
- Commission Information: E-mail
- Period of Personal Information Retention: 90 days

We will inform you through a written notice when adding or changing the commission company.

4. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected for prize delivery is kept for 90 days to ensure a smooth event, then deleted.

The collected information is immediately deleted when the purpose of collection and use is achieved or upon your request to withdraw consent. However, if it is necessary for the company to keep the information in accordance with laws and regulations, the company will keep said information for the period set by the aforementioned laws and regulations.

5. Disadvantage in Case of Refusal
