* The displayed Skins and Designs eligible for Return correspond to data before disassembling and crafting.

* The number of eligible returns corresponds to the items obtained through boxes that used 8.4 data instead of 9.4 data during the affected time.

* Only requests that have been successfully submitted will count towards the retrieval of skins and designs during the maintenance on Thursday, December 11th.

* Additionally, an equivalent number of same-rarity (9.4 data) boxes will be created and delivered during the maintenance on December 11th.

* These boxes will be sent to your mailbox and can be claimed until December 31st, 14:59 (UTC).
Unclaimed boxes will not be resent, and no additional compensation will be provided for them.

* Once the boxes have been claimed from your mailbox, you can see and open them in the Forging menu. Make sure to check out their expiration date and use them before they are gone.

* All skins and designs obtained from eligible Skin Data Boxes will be retrieved.

* Retrieved items will be exchanged for the same number of same-rarity 9.4 Skin Boxes or Design Boxes.

* You cannot choose to return just certain items. Once you submit the request, all skins and designs obtained during the affected period will be retrieved.

* Skins crafted from designs will be retrieved in exchange for Skin Boxes of the same rarity. Items used to craft the skins will no be returned.

* You can check the probabilities for the 9.4 Data Boxes in [Current Probabilities]
