Please check the information regarding the Forging Skin Voucher refund process.

The information below relates to the refund of used Forging Skin Exchange Voucher and retrieval of received skins.
Once the request has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. Please review the details carefully before agreeing.

1. If you request a Forging Skin Exchange Voucher return,
the skin received using the voucher will be retrieved and a Forging Skin Exchange Voucher will be reissued.

2. Any related in-game rewards, such as Collection rewards earned by obtaining those skins, will also be retrieved.

3. The retrieval of skins and related rewards, as well as the reissuance of the Forging Skin Exchange Voucher,
will be processed during the March 5th (Thu) maintenance.

※ Retrieval of [related rewards] refers to the retrieval of rewards obtained by fulfilling collection conditions through skins exchanged using a Forging Skin Exchange Voucher.

※ After the relevant collection rewards earned through the applicable skin have been retrieved, the collection conditions will be reset so that they can be fulfilled again

※ If the applicable skin has been used to complete any collection, the corresponding collection package will also be refunded.

※ Upon refund, the NP used at the time of purchase will be reviewed, and the same type of NP used (Paid NP, Free NP, Event NP (7 days) will be reissued accordingly.

※ If you have a history of exchanging one of the above skins using a Forging Skin Exchange Voucher, you are eligible for restoration.

※ Upon submission, you will be deemed to have agreed to the restoration notice. The applicable skin and any related rewards will be reclaimed, and a Forging Skin Exchange Voucher will be reissued.

※ The Forging Skin Exchange Voucher will be reissued during the March 5 (Thu) maintenance, and its validity period is approximately 300 days from the date of issuance.

※ You can check the reissued Forging Skin Exchange Voucher through the voucher quantity displayed in the Forging menu.
