* Event Rewards will only be available during the event period from Thurs, Oct 17th 05:00 to Weds, Nov 13th 14:59 (UTC).
You must log into the game and event website during this period to be able to claim your rewards. After, you will not be able to claim them, no matter the circumstances.
* Event Rewards can be claimed until Weds, Nov 13th 14:59 (UTC). After, you will not be able to claim them, no matter the circumstances.
* The draw of merch winners will be conducted fairly through internal discussions.
* Prize winners will be notified through an announcement on our official website after the event concludes, within one month.
* Delivery times will vary based on the destination country and region. Additionally, we can only ship prizes to locations where international shipping is available,
and we are not responsible for delivery cancellations due to circumstances specific to each country.
