Please log in to the platform for which you want to request a refund.
Select all the skins you want to refund.
* Refunds cannot be processed for skins you do not own. Please only apply for skins you currently have.

* Refunds can only be issued once per account.
* Refunds cannot be processed for skins you do not own.
* Designs are not eligible for refunds.
* Refunds can only be made in NP or Mileage (No other).
* If you have the same skin (Complete) more than once, all of them will be refunded.
* Refunded skins will be retrieved from your Collectibles and the corresponding currency will be
sent your in-game mailbox.
* If you fail to claim the refunded currency within the specified period, it will not be reissued.
* Please claim your refund within 1 month from the date of issuance.
* No additional refunds will be made if you don't claim them within the claiming period.
* Once a refund has been issued, recovered skins and currency cannot be reversed for any reason.
